Hello, my name is Jason Wright
I once attended a talk by Stanley Hainsworth whose career spans decades of awesomeness and he shared his creative journey by telling real stories. From his incognito Nike gallery to his time understanding the modern Geisha, it seemed like he’d done it all. He continued on and said something which not only blew my mind, but resonated in such a deep way that I just about hunched over in tears.
For most my life, I’ve done it all from website development, illustration, to technical writing, programming, marketing and filmmaking. That’s a lot, right?

When I brainstorm ideas for a new design or story I start by living inside that reality.
I dive deep into the goals, the vision and the emotion of the work. When I’ve reached the peak of this state, I start sketching random ideas leaving a breadcrumb of bullet points along the way.
I put a great deal of pressure on myself in terms of being efficient, detailed and ensuring I produce my best work every time. The reality is that I haven’t done my best work yet because it’s always ahead of me. I’m constantly learning and building my skills. Those skills are applied to each new piece and so, I’m constantly evolving.
Music videos, commercials, fan films, and digital design is what I do. Through the years I’ve pushed the limits of my creative abilities and I’d love to have you be a part of that journey.

I’m available for speaking engagements, webinars and training sessions. With over 13 years of agency experience and 20 years as a multimedia creative, I carry a broad range of skills and abilities.
